T-Shirts @ AZZIFF.com are considered customised and therefore are NON-REFUNDABLE.<\/b><\/p>\n

The following explains the conditions that returns and refunds may be accepted.<\/b><\/p>\n

All returns must be authorised before they will be accepted.<\/p>\n

You must notify us immediately or within 7 Days, of receiving your order, of your intent to return your order, by using our Contact Form<\/a>. Returns must be\u00a0authorised and returned within 14 days.<\/p>\n

Returns will ONLY be accepted if we have made an obvious mistake with your order and\/or our products prove to be faulty.<\/p>\n

A Full Refund will only be issued for the following cases:<\/p>\n

Ordered items that may be out of stock or discontinued.<\/b><\/p>\n

In the case that we are unable to complete an order due to the out of stock Garment (colour-size).<\/b><\/p>\n

A refund may<\/b> be given (at our discretion) in the following cases: for a lost shipment (Except where purchaser supplies incorrect details) and Damaged or faulty goods (Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned and inspected) – We reserve the right to reproduce your order correctly.<\/p>\n

If you order from a Country other than Australia and fail to pay additional shipping charges, your order will NOT<\/b> be shipped.<\/p>\n

A 10% return payment fee will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n

We charge a 10% return payment fee on special refunds to cover our bank charges (merchant and transaction fees) and the time to reverse a Credit Card payment, or deposit at the bank or to re-issue a refund cheque.<\/p>\n
